Guide Review - Review - The Project Manager's KnowledgeBase
This hefty textbook is structured so that each main topic has four sections: Concepts, Situations, Toolsets, and Practice Exams. The layout is excellent for learning. Once you get through the concepts for each topic, you are given several simulated project situations. Each situation is written much like a short story and does a good job of applying the concepts to the real world. The toolset section that follows provides explanations of the different tools that might be used for each topic. Examples are provided to demonstrate the use of each tool. Each section is then ended with 25 practice questions, for a grand total of 250 in the book.
