To Obtain:
- Pass one exam:
- BEA WebLogic Server 7 Enterprise Developer Exam
- BEA WebLogic Server 6 Enterprise Developer Exam
- BEA WebLogic Server 5 Enterprise Developer Exam
- Each exam costs approximately $200.
- You must fill out the online form at Bea's website to enroll in the Developer Program. You will recieve a welcome kit once this is complete.
- BEA recommends approximately 6 months hands-on experience with BEA WebLogic Server 5.1, 6.0, 6.1 or 7.0 & object oriented design and analysis experience.
- It is also strongly recommended that you take the associated training courses (WLS-D11, WLS-D21 and WLS-A11) before taking the certification exam(s).
- Recertification is required if you are two versions behind. I.e. if you took the certification exam for version 4.51 you need to update your certification to 6.0. However, if you are certified on 5.1, your certification will remain valid until a version beyond 6.0 is released.
- Registration for the exam is available through Prometric.

in the jCert certification at the 3B level
