MCP Magazine runs a small feature called "MCP By the Numbers" that publishes the total number of Microsoft Certifications awarded. This has been a popular feature for them and the latest numbers are out. This time around, there are some interesting discrepancies in the way that Microsoft is tallying the numbers.

For instance, MCSA's are not included, and MCSE numbers are only reported for the Windows 2000 track. Also, it was interesting to see that the MCSD, MCDBA and MCSA title counts have gone down in recent months.

Check out MCP Magazine for the full results.
