Siebel Certifications

Siebel recently announced new certification tracks for their products. Siebel is a product that is utilized for customer relationship management. The certifications are currently only available to Siebel Alliance Consulting Partners and Siebel Global Services employees.
The available certifications are:
The Siebel Certified Consultant is recognized in the front-office software market as being an expert in the Siebel product suites. In order to earn the certification a candidate must successfully complete a three-week Core Consulting course and to pass one computer-based exam. The examination is multiple-choice and consists of 72 questions. The exam covers general functionality, Siebel Tools, Siebel server processes, Siebel Remote and Siebel VB/COM. It also assesses knowledge of implementation of Siebel products.
To earn the Siebel Certified Customer Consultant the candidate must meet the following requirements.
- Siebel Certified Consultant in good standing
- Have at least 6 months project experience with the Siebel Enterprise Applications which includes time as a lead designer, architect or analyst.
- You must provide a detailed account of your contributions made to the implementation project and have them verified by your manager
- You must obtain a recommendation for this certification by the Siebel customer project manager or sponsor
To earn the certification the user must first have completed the requirements for the Siebel Certified Consultant and participate in the Train the Trainer Workshop.
