Definition: A certification designed for individuals who install, configure, and operate simple-routed LAN, routed WAN, and switched LAN and ATM LANE networks that utilize Cisco routers and switches.

To Obtain:

  • You must pass one exam: CCNA Exam 640-507.
  • The exam costs approximately $125.
  • Must recertify every three years. Renewing or advancing to a more advanced Cisco designation automatically renews the lower level (CCNA) designation.
