Description:

The CBAP is for professionals who analyze business processes and are responsible for defining business requirements throughout the development cycle.

Requirements:

You must first pass the screening process to verify that you are qualified to take the exam. This consists of an application that details your experiences as a business analyst and two references. Once approved, the exam is 150 questions and three hours long. Applications, exam locations, and training options are available from www.theiiba.org.

Costs:

The cost of the application and exam is $450.00 USD (for IIBA™ members) or $575 USD (for non-members).

Recertification:

Recertification is required every three years and can be achieved through any BA related professional development.
