The Bottom Line
It really doesn't get easier or cheaper than this. True Solutions is offering free podcasts and companion transcripts in their "Lunchtime Lecture Series". You can certainly study at lunch with these bite-sized bits of video training for the PMP and CAPM. These are not designed to be a total study tool but do an excellent job of reinforcing key concepts out of the PMBOK.

The True Solutions "Lunchtime Lecture Series" is a series of short, downloadable .wmv files that can be played on computers or handheld media players. These short videos are easy to download, FREE, and are great quality. Along with the podcasts, True Solutions offers a full range of training products. I would recommend their products or some other form of training and study to completely prepare for the PMP or CAPM exams.
You will have to register with the site to access the podcasts and I was prompted once again for registration information to download the companion .pdf transcript. I dislike giving out my address and particularly phone number to sites for access to content, but this is my only complaint. The material offered in the downloads is great and I grudgingly say that offering my personal information was worth it.
